1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "Member," "User," or "you") and JB777 ("JB777," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at jb777.win and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional rules, game-specific guidelines, and promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the JB777 Platform.

JB777 operates under the PAGCOR regulatory framework and is committed to providing a fair, secure, and responsible gaming environment for all eligible Philippine players. These Terms are designed to protect both players and the integrity of the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain a JB777 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. JB777 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement mandated by PAGCOR for casino-style gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. Underage gambling is illegal and actively monitored.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as members.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
• You must not be a current or recent employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of JB777, or a member of the immediate family of such persons.
• You must not be self-excluded from JB777 or subject to any exclusion order under PAGCOR or any other applicable regulatory scheme.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your membership.

JB777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified.

3. Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) JB777 account. The registration of duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide a valid Philippine mobile number, a secure password, and such other information as JB777 may request. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JB777 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. JB777 will never ask for your password via live chat, SMS, email, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account using your correct login credentials will be attributed to you and you will be liable for all wagers and transactions made.

3.3 One Person, One Account

JB777 uses technical, identity, and payment method verification to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, JB777 reserves the right to close all related accounts, void any outstanding bets, and retain any bonus funds. Winnings derived from play on a duplicate account may be voided at JB777's sole discretion.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

In accordance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, JB777 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process for all members.

4.1 Verification Requirements

Before processing any withdrawal, JB777 requires members to submit: (a) a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, or passport); (b) a recent self-photograph (selfie) holding the ID document; and (c) such additional documentation as JB777 may reasonably require for enhanced due diligence purposes.

4.2 Verification Timeline

KYC review is typically completed within two (2) to twenty-four (24) hours of submission during standard business hours. JB777 does not guarantee specific verification timelines during periods of high volume.

4.3 Unverified Accounts

Unverified accounts may deposit and play but may not withdraw funds until KYC verification is successfully completed. JB777 reserves the right to suspend deposit functionality for unverified accounts that exhibit unusual transaction patterns.

5. Deposits & Payments

JB777 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) only. All account balances, game stakes, and payouts are denominated in PHP. No currency conversion is applied.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

JB777 currently accepts deposits via: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit is PHP 100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). JB777 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees which are outside JB777's control.

5.3 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other channels are typically credited within 15 to 60 minutes depending on the payment network. JB777 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

5.4 Deposit Restrictions

JB777 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are prohibited. JB777 reserves the right to return deposits from unverified or third-party sources and to investigate the source of any deposit where there is reason to suspect it does not comply with these Terms.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your JB777 account are subject to the following terms:

• Your JB777 account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal will be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. JB777 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to alternative methods.
• JB777 does not charge withdrawal fees for verified accounts. Processing times are 15 to 60 minutes for GCash and Maya, and 30 minutes to 3 hours for bank transfers, subject to the operating hours of the relevant payment network.
• JB777 reserves the right to impose a maximum single withdrawal amount and may process large withdrawals in multiple tranches at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus wagering are subject to the bonus terms in Section 7 and may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements are met.
• JB777 may delay or suspend a withdrawal pending completion of enhanced due diligence, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse. JB777 will notify the affected member of such delays where legally permissible.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

JB777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, daily reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the Platform:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible accounts only. JB777 reserves the right to exclude any member from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• All deposit bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, the standard wagering requirement is thirty (30) times the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus credit date, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus wagering contributions vary by game type. Live dealer and table games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Specific contribution rates are detailed in the promotion-specific terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply during bonus play. Placing bets above the maximum permitted level during active bonus wagering may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses may only be used for real-money gaming on the JB777 Platform. Bonuses have no cash value and may not be transferred, exchanged, or sold.
• JB777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. Gaming Rules

By using the JB777 Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following general gaming rules:

• All games on the JB777 Platform use certified random number generation ("RNG") software independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. Published return-to-player ("RTP") percentages represent the long-term theoretical average and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
• Once a bet is placed and confirmed on the JB777 Platform, it is final. JB777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a manifest technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game round, JB777's server logs will be used to determine the outcome. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on JB777's side, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account.
• JB777 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where: (a) there has been a software malfunction; (b) the game was played in violation of these Terms; or (c) the result was influenced by fraud, collusion, or manipulation.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and are displayed within each game's interface. These limits may be adjusted by JB777 at any time.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JB777 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering as an underage player or assisting any underage person in accessing the Platform.
• Registering more than one account or assisting any other person in registering a duplicate account.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or regulatory exclusion order.
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, scripts, or other automated means to place bets or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer and bingo rooms.
• Exploiting software errors, display errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud as defined under Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate deposits made to the JB777 Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming.

10. Responsible Gaming

JB777 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. We believe that online gaming should be a form of entertainment and not a source of financial or personal hardship. The following tools are available to all JB777 members:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set by the member at any time from the account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set maximum session durations after which the account will automatically log out.
• Loss Limits: Members may configure maximum loss amounts per day, week, or month. Once reached, gaming is suspended for the relevant period.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may self-exclude for a defined period (minimum 24 hours) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. JB777 enforces exclusion lists consistently — re-registration under the same identity is not permitted during an active exclusion.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding members of their session duration and net gaming activity are available on request.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

JB777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the member's payment provider.
• At the member's own request, including for self-exclusion purposes.
• Receipt of instructions from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the member, JB777 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including real-money and bonus funds. Where an account is closed for operational or compliance reasons unrelated to member breach, JB777 will return verifiable real-money balances to the member's registered payment method following completion of any required regulatory review.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the JB777 Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of JB777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit: copying, reproduction, or redistribution of Platform content; reverse engineering or decompilation of any Platform software; or commercial exploitation of any Platform material.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, JB777's total liability to any member for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the twelve (12) month period preceding the claim.

JB777 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, or data; (b) indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages; (c) losses arising from technical faults, service interruptions, or third-party failures outside JB777's reasonable control; (d) losses arising from the member's breach of these Terms; or (e) losses attributable to the member's gambling decisions.

Nothing in these Terms limits JB777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

JB777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering a JB777 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

JB777 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. Personal data collected by JB777 is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and to provide and improve the Platform. JB777 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

15. Amendments to These Terms

JB777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to members via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage and/or by SMS or email to the registered contact details. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the JB777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting JB777 Customer Support.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the JB777 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
